Background

Charlotte has over 20 years of experience in leading HR & OD roles with global organizations across industries. In 2008 she founded a business change consultancy specializing in Change & Transformation Management, Business Coaching and Communication Management. Charlotte is a certified HBDI coach & trainer, ChallengeX Master and PCI coach and trainer. She is bi-lingual in English and German.

Professional Experience

Charlotte consults and supports Executives in all people-related aspects of major transition management programs, such as outsourcing or post merger integrations. In this context she focuses on integrating the people side of change into the business strategy. Her broad experience and intercultural competence has benefitted multinational companies with which she has worked. Over the years she has become an expert in coaching leaders and teams in managing behavioral change in complex environments. Charlotte also works for various companies as a facilitator in the area of leadership development and change management.Some key experiences that demonstrate her specialization are:

  • Leading the HR & change management work streams of major IT outsourcing projects

  • Designing and implementing tailored people engagement strategy into project management processes and plans

  • Facilitating and coaching the project team in the culture change aspects of implementing a global procurement supplier management system in Asia

  • Coaching a change management team implementing a global HR platform and consulting with the transition of employees into their new functions

  • Facilitating workshops and trainings to build the change leadership competence of Executives and managers required to lead their employees and teams through change challenges

  • Coaching Executives responsible for leading reorganizations and re-designs of their organizations

Prior to CHRYSALIS Services Ltd. Charlotte spent 10 years in a variety of leading HR roles in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry. She was responsible for Management Development of a leading re-insurance institute; built a Corporate HR Function with an international industrial manufacturer. She had responsibilities for Executive Development and headed Organizational Development of the global IT function of a multinational Insurance company.
